Details & Policies
Flexi Card Details (4 Classes)
Validity: Flexi cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Any Venue: You can use your credits at any Havana Salsa venue across the UK. Perfect for dancers who travel or cannot attend consecutive weeks.
Missed Classes: If you miss a week due to holiday or illness, you do not lose the credit. Just use it when you return.
Refunds & General Advice
Beginners: Due to the progressive nature of the syllabus, we do not accept new starters joining later than Week 3 of any 7-week cycle. Course start dates are displayed on the booking form and in our full timetable here.
Partners: Salsa is a social dance; in all of our classes at all venues, we rotate partners in a circular format throughout the class, similar to a “rueda” or “rueda de casino”.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on unused course credits once they have expired.
Payment Options: All venues are cashless. You can purchase classes online or at the venue via our payment terminals which all accept ApplePay, GooglePay, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
