Detailed Breakdown & Policies

Flexi Card Details (4 or 7 Classes)

Validity: Flexi cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Any Venue: You can use your credits at any Havana Salsa venue across the UK. Perfect for dancers who travel or cannot attend consecutive weeks.

Missed Classes: If you miss a week due to holiday or illness, you do not lose the credit. Just use it when you return.

* Unused classes cannot be refunded after expiry.

Fixed Course Details (7 Classes)

Validity: Valid for exactly one 7-week course cycle at this specific venue.

Venue Locked: Credits cannot be transferred to other venues or other days.

Missed Classes: If you miss a class, that credit is forfeited. The course dates are fixed.

Refunds & General Advice

Beginners: Due to the progressive nature of the syllabus, we do not accept new starters to join no later than Week 3 of any 7-week cycle. Course start dates are displayed on the booking form and in our full timetable here.

Partners: Salsa is a social dance; in all of our classes at all venues, we rotate partners in a circular format throughout the class, similar to a “rueda” or “rueda de casino”.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on unused course credits once they have expired.

Payment Options: All venues are cashless. You can purchase classes online or at the venue via our payment terminals which all accept ApplePay, GooglePay, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.

A fabulous venue, like no other Community Hall, located within Bedfordshire makes us easily accessible from the western by-pass and the A421 linking to the surrounding areas of Bedford and Milton Keynes.

The venue has onsite car parking, as well as secure access in and out of the building. The venue has a beautiful wooden sprung dance floor, which is just ideal for Salsa dancing. A code to the front door will be given once added to the WhatsApp group.
